UK Deliveries

We aim to dispatch all standard items within 1 business day of receiving your order.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery. This is an untracked service that provides delivery confirmation only once your parcel has arrived.

If you’d prefer full tracking or faster delivery, please select a delivery upgrade at checkout.

International Deliveries

We offer worldwide shipping.
International orders are delivered using the destination country’s national postal service, unless you select an upgrade for UPS delivery at checkout.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. We always strive to dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to postal processing, customs checks, or busy seasonal periods.

Delivery Upgrades

Delivery upgrades are available for all products at checkout.
If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked or express service such as Royal Mail International Tracked or UPS Express.

Upgraded shipping speeds apply after dispatch, and do not reduce the time required for production or personalisation.

International Orders – Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country.
These are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.

If a parcel is rejected, returned, or refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.
