We Messed Up

If we’ve sent you the wrong item or made an error in personalisation, please contact us at hello@eightlittlefeet.com with clear photos.
We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost to you if the mistake is ours.

You Messed Up

If you entered incorrect information when ordering (for example, the wrong name, colour or address), we’re unable to amend it once production has started.
To get the correct item, please place a new order with the right details.

Returning Items

You can return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving them.

Please note:

  • You’ll need to pay for the return postage.
  • Please include your order number in the parcel.

Contact us at hello@eightlittlefeet.com (or through the platform where you purchased, such as Etsy) to begin your return.

We’ll issue a full refund for the item cost (excluding shipping) once we receive it in an unused, resaleable condition.

Personalised and Custom-Made Items

Because personalised products are made to your specifications, they are excluded from the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
They cannot be returned or cancelled unless the item is faulty or we have made an error in personalisation.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@eightlittlefeet.com.
We can cancel or amend orders only before they enter production or are shipped.

If you ordered through a third-party site (e.g. Etsy), you’ll need to cancel through that platform.

Please note: personalised orders are processed quickly, so cancellations might not always be possible once production has begun.

Creating Something Special

Design your own product with photos, illustrations, or text — just ensure you own or have permission to use them.
We can sometimes modify standard products for an additional fee — please contact us to discuss.

Note: We don’t send proofs or previews due to the high order volume. We’ll use our best judgement to produce your item beautifully and accurately.

Delivery Updates

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@eightlittlefeet.com if:

  • Your order hasn’t been shipped yet, and
  • The new address is within the same country.

If you’d like faster delivery, we may be able to prioritise your order for an additional fee. However, we can’t guarantee faster courier delivery.

Shipping Times

We provide estimated delivery times based on carriers such as Royal Mail and UPS. These times are not guaranteed, except for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International orders may take longer due to customs.

For urgent orders, contact us before purchase — we may be able to speed up production, but shipping times remain outside our control.

Missing Package

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking link (from your dispatch email).
  • If you paid for upgraded shipping and your order is delayed, contact us for a refund of the shipping upgrade.
  • For UK standard deliveries, please wait 14 days after dispatch before contacting us.
  • For international standard deliveries, please wait 30 days after dispatch.

If tracking shows your order as delivered, we can only offer a refund or replacement if you can provide evidence of non-delivery (for example, written confirmation from your local postal service).
